Stick Parma Ham Spring Rolls – Avocado and cheese
40g of Parma Ham
4 slices of avocado
4 sheets of spring roll wrappers
A. 1 tbsp flour
A. 1 tbsp water
Vegetable oil for deep frying
•Mix A well.
•Cut spring roll wrappers into half.
1.Cut Parma ham thinly. Cut cheese into four pieces, in shape of rods.
2.Wrap Parma ham and cheese with wrappers tightly. Wet along edges of wrapper with mixture A and close the roll up.
3.Wrap Parma ham and avocado with wrappers tightly. Wet along edges of wrapper with mixture A and close the roll up.
4.Heat up the oil to 170c. Fry spring rolls until golden brown.
